材料
組1
杏仁粉100g
糖粉60g
植物牛油15g
杏仁香油6g
組2
杏仁碎20g
160℃烘20分鐘
製法
1.組1拌勻,搓成有少許黏性的粉糰,加入組2輕手拌勻,用餅模造形,排放於烤盤上入爐即可。
註
植物牛油可用黃油 / 牛油取代,效果更香

INGREDIENTS
Group 1
100 g ground almond
60 g icing sugar
15 g margarine
6 g almond essence
Group 2
20 g flaked almonds
at 160 * C for 20 minutes
Method
1. Mix Group 1 well, knead to form a little sticky powder, add Group 2 and mix , shape with a cookies mold, and then put it on the baking tray and into the oven.
