糖不甩（糯米糕配花生紅糖）

材料

糯米粉100g

熱水200g

紅糖隨意

花生粒隨意

先搞拌至膏狀，再蒸15至20分鐘即可，配搭加上紅糖和花生就ok了。

韓式排骨年糕配魚糕

韓式排骨年糕配魚糕（2人份）

材料

豬排骨／金莎骨／豬肋骨（500g）

年糕＋魚糕（350g）

洋蔥1/4個

水（300）

內含的調味包

自製年糕醬的可以這樣取代調味包

韓式辣醬 30G-90G (1-3大湯匙)＋糖 20G (4茶匙)

先解凍豬排骨，沖水，把洋蔥切好

平底pan加油，先煎洋蔥及豬排骨3分鐘，再反面再煎3分鐘，加入水後煮滾，再加入調味包，再煮5～6分鐘即可。

如果DIY年糕湯汁可以這樣取代

韓式辣醬 30G (1大湯匙)

糖 30G (6茶匙)

醬油 20G

水 300G

土豆餅

薯仔(中號)2個

蛋(中號)3個

麵粉50G

薯仔去皮，再切絲/小粒，加水沖洗2次，隔水後加入蛋，麵粉搞拌好就可以。

在煎鍋加油可以就開始煎了

一小塊的煎法:中火煎4分鍾~5分鍾(上色)後反面，加蓋再煮5~6分鍾就OK

一盤的煎法:中火煎4~5分鍾(上色)後反面，轉小火，加蓋再煮10分鍾就OK

如果想更香脆，可以落更多的油，不加蓋直接煎熟(時間需更耐)

朱古力噴砂使用及比例

朱古力噴砂簡介

噴砂是朱古力和可可脂一起融化後，經過噴槍霧化後，噴塗在急凍而硬的慕斯表面，霧化的朱古力和可可脂溶液在接觸到慕斯表面時，遇冷的瞬間凝固成細微的顆粒狀，就會形成“絲絨”的質感。

噴砂使用比例

朱古力：可可脂= 1：1

代脂朱古力：代可可脂=1：1

使用油溶性的色粉或者色素搭配白巧克力增加色彩

朱古力調色板及可可脂花調色使用～按此

彩椒伴茄子片

彩椒各半個切丁炒香，加入鹽、雞粉、胡椒炒2分鐘。

再把茄子片煎香2面，在面咇上蛋黃醬小量，再平均掃好，放上彩椒粒即可。

韓式手抓飯

把配料炒香，很簡單的把新鮮煮好的飯/隔夜飯加入炒香，加上芝麻油，離火後加入紫菜碎，就可以簡單在家享用美味的手抓飯。
