糖20 G
糖40 G
製法
1. 蛋白粉和水放入攪拌器慢速打15秒
2. 轉高速45秒
3. 加入糖20 G,用快速打1分鐘
4. 加入糖40 G,用快速打1分鍾
5. 蛋白霜變得有光澤滑身及可以拉出倒勾即可
註:
預備烈酒小許,再點火,倒在火炭雪山就完成

關於雪山內部的配搭,由蛋糕,雪糕,水果等都可以
點解會首選用蛋白粉做,因為蛋白粉不會像雞蛋會含有沙門氏菌,而蛋白粉都是經巴士德消毒的產品,可毋須烹煮安全食用,加水沖調攪拌後可作蛋糊,例如用以烘製和裝飾蛋糕等。

Baked Alaska Meringue (6 servings)
#3110 Actiwhite powder 15 g
Water 150G
sugar 20 g
Sugar 40 g
Directions:
1. Actiwhite powder and Water in mixing bowl.Whisk approximately for 15 seconds on 1st speed.
2.Whisk further for 45 seconds on 3rd speed
3.Add 20 g of sugar for 1 minute on 3st speed
4.Add 40 g of sugar for 1 minute on 3st speed
5. The meringue becomes glossy and glides on and the barb can be pulled out
Prepare a small amount of spirits for light , and pour it on the Baked Alaska
