eg:如欲要薯泥質地較硬, 可以將配方之水減掉25-75克(1-3安士)

METHOD
MASHED POTATO FOR PIES - (Using Fino Potato Pie Mash)
1. Add the FINO POTATO PIE MASH to the combined water
2. Allow to soak for 1 minute
3. Whisk until fluffy
4. If firmer, mash required, reduce water by between 25g and 25g
