用平分成圓球形狀，輕壓後隨時可以開始煎了。
1.加油/牛油每面煎2分鍾，加蓋加非常少的水焗4-5分鍾就OK。
(如果是豬肉，做巨型的注意時間要更多~豬要120%全熟才安全)
