奶 160 G
速溶吉士粉 40 G
低筋麵粉 20 G
雲呢嗱濃縮醬 25


組2
蛋白粉 45 G
水 240G
糖20 G


製法
1. 組1拌勻備用
2. 組2放入攪拌機,高速打15秒至起泡,加入糖(分2次落),高速打2-3分鍾至挺身
3.分批加入組1拌勻
3. 倒入已塗上牛油砂糖的容器

風爐:200 
細約10分鐘 大約15分鍾

製法
1. 組1拌勻備用
2. 組2放入攪拌機,高速打15秒至起泡,加入糖(分2次落),高速打2-3分鍾至挺身
3.分批加入組1拌勻
3. 倒入已塗上牛油砂糖的容器

風爐:200  約15分鍾

Instant Custard Powder 40g
Cake Flour 20g
Bakels Vanilla Compound 25g

Group 2
Bakels Actiwhite Egg White Powder 45g
Water 240g
Sugar 20g

Instructions

1. Mix Group 1 well and set aside.

2. Place Group 2 in a mixer and beat on high speed for 15 seconds until foamy. Add sugar (in two batches) and beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.

3. Gradually add Group 1 and mix well.

4. Pour into a container greased with butter and sugar.

Convection Oven: 200°C
Samil - approx. 10 minutes
Large - approx. 15 minutes

It can be combined with solid pack apple for strudel or used in fruit flans or Danish pastries.,

EG:For Christmas fruit mince tarts, line patty tins with Sweet Paste. Fill with the required amount of APITO FRUIT MINCE then top with sweet paste caps cut with a fluted cutter. Oven temperature 190ºC.
