(簡易製作自己風格的大醬湯)
2人份
＠食材
洋蔥 半顆
麻油 微量
辣椒 半支（可忽略）
辣椒 半支（可忽略）
青蔥 1支（可忽略）
黃瓜 / 節瓜 / 青瓜 / 翠肉瓜 半條
馬鈴薯 半顆
豆腐 1塊（可忽略）
金針菇 / 香姑 一包（隨意點）
蒜片 1~2片
蒜片 1~2片
水 700 ～ 800ml
韓式大醬 3大匙
韓式辣醬 1大匙(要再辣一點就增加)
主菜
蛤犡 (蜆) 20顆 / 豬肉片半磅 / 牛肉片半磅 / 滑牛半磅 / 肥牛半磅
落油把洋蔥炒熱,再加入水,大醬辣醬,混合好後再加入除了豆腐,肉之後的全部,煮至水滾轉細火,煮15分鍾後,再加入@豆腐及主菜再煮3分鍾即可。

碧琪戚風蛋糕粉 600g
全蛋 750g
奶 150g
水 100g
水 100g
蜂蜜 20g
蛋糕油 10g
組2
菜油 150g
製法:
將組1之材料放入攪拌缸, 慢速拌勻,
轉用快速攪拌約3-4分鐘,
后改用慢速攪拌1分鐘,加入組2之材料,
搞勻裝模即可.落模具（鋪入爐紙）.
(蛋糕漿比重 48%)
⭐40 X 60 蛋糕盤份量將配方 X3倍
1️⃣爐溫 160°C-200°C 90分鐘 (半蒸焗)
Or
2️⃣爐溫160°C 60-65分鐘（表面如果金黃色加錫紙蓋面火）

做法 : 組1材料放入攪拌器, 慢速打半分鐘, 後轉快速6分鐘.
再轉慢速1分鐘後加入組2菜油拌均,再倒90%蛋糕糊入烤盤.
(蛋糕漿比重 47-49%)
留260g蛋糕糊和組3混合,再輕力平均落在蛋糕糊上輕手混合後入爐,組4朱古力釘在入爐後10分鍾,快速開爐門撒在蛋糕面即可.
