街頭撈冷麵
油麵煮熟後沖冷水，加點油/麻油搞撈後，包好放雪櫃，1至2天內隨時都可以食用。
食用時再按喜好加入蠔油，蒜蓉醬，喜好辣的也可以加入辣醬即可。
材料比例參考
油麵100g
蠔油2茶
蒜蓉醬1茶
芝麻油半茶
辣椒油/醬0至3茶
其他配菜隨意即可
