1. 組1拌勻備用
2. 組2放入攪拌機,高速打15秒至起泡,加入糖(組3),高速打2分鍾至挺身
3. 倒入已塗上牛油砂糖的容器
爐火
上火:200 下火:180 約10分鍾

Directions:1. Group 1 mix well and set aside2. Actiwhite powder and Water in mixing bowl.Whisk approximately for 15 seconds on 3st speed.3. Add 40 g of sugar for 2 minute on 3st speed4. Add Group 1 mix well.5. Pour into a container coated with butter sugar
Bake at 180±5°C for 10 minutes
