Method
1. Put group 1 into the blender (add milk in 3 times)
2. Blend at low speed for 1 minute
3. Scrape the sides
4. Blend at medium speed for 5 minutes or until smooth and light
5. Blend group 2 until smooth, add group 1 in stages
